Terry Lynn Isley, 48, of Baileyton, died Tuesday at his home.
He was a paramedic for 20 years.
Mr. Isley was active in North Greene athletics and coached Little League teams.
He was a member of Baileyton First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years: Regina Isley; a daughter: Lindsey Isley; a son: Adam Isley; one granddaughter: Kaylee Johnson; his mother: Freida Isley; one brother: Steve Isley; one sister and brother-in-law: Teresa and Jeff Babb; nieces and nephews: Aubrey Isley, Elizabeth Isley, Jordan Babb, Jaylan Babb, Kenton Starnes, Kacey Starnes, and Heath Pierce; several great-nieces and great-nephews; his mother-in-law: Pat Pierce; his "best buddy": "Little Man" Adam Bernard; and his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Susan and Fred Starnes, Aaron and Cammy Pierce, and Brian and Nikki Pierce.
He was preceded in death by his father: Louis Isley; one brother: Ernest Dale Isley, and his father-in-law: Wendell Pierce.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. today at Jeffers Downtown Chapel.
The funeral will be held at noon Saturday in the Downtown Chapel.
The Rev. Wade McAmis and the Rev. James Buchanan will officiate.
Interment will be in Zion Cemetery at Baileyton.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Babb, Brian Pierce. Aaron Pierce, Kenton Starnes, Fred Starnes, Chris Johnson, Adam Isley, and Heath Pierce.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Bernard, James Rosenbalm, Tim Castle, Mike Ward, Markus Ward, James Buchanan, and Roger Dykes.
